At NEEROX, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@neerox.com with photos of the issue.

Order cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed.
